1. Order Cancellation

At Veltrix, we process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
For this reason:

No Cancellations After Order Placement: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

No Modifications Allowed: After placing an order, no changes (such as shipping address updates, product changes, or additions) can be made.

2. Exceptions (Store-Initiated Cancellations)

In rare cases, Veltrix may cancel an order due to:

Item being out of stock.

Pricing or listing errors.

Payment verification issues.

👉 If your order is cancelled by us for any of the above reasons, and the payment was made in advance, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
